Progressive functional fitness training calibrated to your baseline. Each session builds on the last — no randomized workouts, no wasted reps. A plan with a point.
Integrated mental performance modules — stress inoculation, breath-work, and cognitive reframing techniques drawn from military training and trauma-informed practice.
Practical, mission-ready nutrition: fueling for performance, managing post-service dietary patterns, and building sustainable food habits that don't require chef-level effort.
Formation-based accountability — your cohort holds each other to the standard. Peer check-ins, progress tracking, and an expectation that you show up. The Corps model, applied.
Formal assessments at week 4 and week 8. Baseline vs. outcome, measured and recorded. You leave with documented proof of what eight weeks of discipline produces.
Bootcamp graduates join the permanent Corps community. Monthly check-ins, ongoing resources, and a network of veterans invested in sustained readiness beyond the 8-week program.
The Warrior Wellness Bootcamp runs on a periodized 8-week structure — meaning the training intentionally progresses in load, intensity, and complexity each week. You are never doing the same program twice.
Sessions run 3 times per week at designated NYC locations, approximately 75–90 minutes each. One weekly session focuses on group accountability and mental resilience work alongside physical training.
Every enrollment begins with a comprehensive intake assessment. Your physical baseline, health history, service background, and goals are recorded before week one begins.
Baseline testing, movement pattern correction, team orientation, and establishing the training rhythm. No ego, all standard.
Increasing intensity and volume. Nutrition coaching begins. Mid-program assessment marks progress from baseline.
Peak training load. Mental resilience modules integrated with physical sessions. Cohort accountability at maximum.
Taper, final assessment, and mission debrief. Documented outcomes versus baseline. Transition plan to ongoing Corps community.
The Bootcamp is designed for veterans and active duty military who are transitioning to civilian fitness routines or want to rebuild physical and mental readiness after service. The structure, accountability model, and intensity are calibrated for people who've operated in high-demand environments.
Military families and civilians who prefer a mission-oriented approach to fitness may apply — eligibility is assessed during intake.
No minimum required. The intake assessment establishes your baseline and the program is calibrated from there. If it's been years since regular training, week one starts where you are — not where you used to be.
Specific training locations are confirmed at enrollment and are selected to be accessible across the five boroughs. Location details are provided after intake screening.
You can pay via the Stripe link above to reserve your spot, or complete the intake form first and pay after confirmation. We recommend starting with the intake if you're unsure this program is the right fit — we'll match you to the right program before collecting payment.
Our commitment is that no veteran is turned away for financial reasons. Reach out via the intake form and flag cost as a concern. We will work with you. Programs are priced to be accessible, and we have flexibility for veterans facing financial barriers post-service.
